My order says “Delivered,” but I can’t find it.

If your order is marked “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please start by filing a missing mail report with USPS or the carrier listed on your tracking page.

Once an order is marked Delivered by our third-party carriers, Après June is no longer liable for lost or stolen packages.
Please ensure you ship to a secure address—we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages stolen after delivery.


Can international orders be returned?

No. At this time, international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


I’m outside of the 14-day return window. Can you make an exception?

To keep things fair to all customers, we’re unable to make exceptions beyond our 14-day return window.
